Dream Matches for Wrestlemania 33 which will not happen .
Wrestlemania 33 is nearly one month away and Vince MacMohan has been working to bring some of the best matches . Last two Wrestlemania's have been disappointing and have not been able to meet the expectations of WWE FANS . Here are 5 WWrestlemania matches which we would have loved to see but woulldn'tt be able to see :
1. Kurt Angle vs Rusev
Kurt Angle is the latest inductee in Hall of Fame of 2017 . The former Olympian made his WWE debut in 1998 and was projected as nationalist and this gimmick was loved by the fans . He gave some of wonderful matches against Cena , Brock Lesnar and many other , later leaving for TNA .
Rusev was projected as a Russian athlete against The Americans and this gimmick gave him a heel role leading to his quick escalation in WWE where he held US Championship for a very long span . Russia and USA share a rivalry on national level , this would be one of the fan favourite matches we would have loved to see .
Both the wrestlers have unique wrestling skills combined with mic skills (Lana for Rusev) could have given an excellent built up for the match . WWE has been for long trying to lure Kurt Angle for one last match but till now , there seems zero chance for this match . We would love to see this match if Vince somehow is able to call Angle for one last match .
2. Fin Balor vs AJ Styles
The two former members of The Bullet Club became part of main roster last year getting explosive debuts . Finn Balor claimed WWE Universal Title in the red brand and Styles claimed WWE Championship in The Blue Brand . AJ Styles is called the "Shawn Michaels" of current period and basically do not know how to give a bad match . It is for sure that these two icons will clash sometime in future but current scenario do not support this clash.
Firstly , Fin Balor has been out of wrestling since he got injured at Summer Slam match against Seth Rollins and his return to main roster is not on cards currently . Moreover , many media reports have also confirmed that Balor will make in ring entry after Wrestlemania . Secondly , AJ Styles is rumoured to clash with Shane MacMohan at Wrestlemania which eliminates Balor vs Styles clash . It is rumoured the re drafting of superstars will take place in May where Styles can go in Red brand and that would be a better scenario .
3. Seth Rollins vs Triple H
This clash was almost confirmed for 33rd edition of Wrestlemania but owing to attack of Samoa Joe on Seth Rollins had wrecked the plans . WWE has been building this match in an excellent way and people were getting sticked to this match . First event in this scenario was when Triple H interfered in match for WWE Universal Championship and turned on Seth Rollins . Since then "The Architect " has been demanding for "The Game" to come out and confront him but Triple H didn't respondede . Another , major event in this built up was when Seth Rollins was defeated by Sami Zayn costing Rollins "Royal Rumble" match .
This match would have been epic and could have made the grandest show houseful . The WWE Universe had been speculating this match since Seth Rollins turned on The Shield to join authority . Everything was going in the right direction but one mistake of Samo Joe had costed fans an "A" class match . Now , it is rumoured Triple H will face Samoa Joe at Wrestlemania 33 .
4. John Cena vs The Undertaker .
The match of the ages . The match for which every wrestling fan has been dying to watch is again not on the cards . These two legends have collided once in a life time but never at Wrestlemania . Each year people expect Vince will built up this match of ages but every year Vince leaves us disappointed . The undefeated streak of The Dead Man has been conquered but still Wrestlemania is Undertaker's brand .
There are many events currently occurring in WWE which are hinting that this match will again not happen . First , absence of Undertaker from Smackdown Live . Since , Undertaker made his comeback in ROYAL Rumble he has been associated with Raw in one way or the other like he announced his entry in Royal Rumble at Raw and later was eliminated by Roman Reigns . Now , what I speculate is that Undertaker will interfere in Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman match and built up match for Wrestlemania . Secondly , Cena has also been rumoured to be involved in fued with The Miz at Wrestlemania 33 which eliminates even the bleak chances of Cena vs Undertaker .
5. Stephanie MacMohan vs Ronda Rousey
Ronda Rousey was rumoured to come to WWE and become part of main roster since her appearance at Wrestlemania 32 but it didn't happen . The segment of The Rock with Ronda against Triple H and Stephanie was an epic one and since then it was rumoured that two ladies may clash some time in near future . The time passed but nothing happened .
It was then said these two will meet at Wrestlemania 33 but till now , we see no progress . The role of Stephanie as a heel is just epic and got a cheer from crowd . But crowd would love to see her clash with Rousey for once at this Wrestlemania but the chances are bleak .
