WWE Monday Night RAW 6 FEBRUARY , 2017 results .
The WWE universe was excited about this monday night RAW because of actions of Samoe Joe against Seth Rollins last week . The people were also waiting for the reply from Goldberg for the challenge posed to him by Brock Lesnar .
1. Inclusion of SAMOE JOE in the main roster .
The show started with Stephanie and Mick Foley introducing Samoe Joe to WWE universe . Mick didn't seem very happy with the way Samoe Joe was getting the contract because of his association with Triple H . But Samoe Joe annouced it was Triple H who gave him chance in WWE and if being loyal to him do not make others happy , he just do not care and gave an open challenge to every one in the locker room . Then came the big dog Roman Reigns and situation became hostile . This led to Mick Foley announce Roman Reigns VS Samoe Joe as the main event of the night .
2. NIA JAX vs BAYLEY
The match was mostly dominated by Nia Jax . She didn't give any single chance and completely decimated Bayley and it seems as if she was going to get the easy win . Bayley got just one opprotunity when the match got out of ring which she capitalised very well by making Nia Jax hit the post once by herself and next time by a push . Then it seemed Bayley was going to win by the count but referee was interfered by Charlotte . This gave Nia enough time to recover back and she returned to ring and gave Bayley a Samoan Drop which led Bayley to loose .
RESULT : Nia Jax won by pinfall due to interference by Charlotte .
3. BRAUN STROWMAN vs four local wrestlers ( 4 on 1 handicap match )
Only one word can be used to describe Braun Strowman " sheer dominance " . The four wrestlers were not even able to give one blow to Strowman and one wrestler even ran away in between the match . One sided match and nothing much was expected and everybody knew the result . Braun Strowman gave a warning to Mick Foley to give him serious competition .
RESULT : Braun Strowman won by pinfall and got a match against Roman Reigns at WWE Fastlane .
4 . AKIRA TOZAWA vs DREW GULAK .
Tozawa finally made his debut on monday night in the cruiserweight division . The match was a tough test for Tozawa as Gulak gave tough competition . Tozawa proved to be a stamina monster as his performance went on improving as match continued . Tozawa performed an amazing suicide dive and ended the match with a german suplex owing to his quickness . Drew Gulak again failed to secure his first win .
RESULT : Akira Tozawa beat Drew Gulak by pinfall .
5. KEVIN OWENS and CHRIS JERICHO segment with GOLDBERG'S reply to BROCK .
As usual Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho came to ring and started praising themselves where KO described himself as the most successful WWE superstar by proving people wrong by defeating Braun Strowman in the title match . Chris Jericho as usual the most entertaining character of full show by describing other's " STUPID IDIOT " . Everything continued until Jericho was interrupted by Goldberg . Goldberg accepted the challenge of Brock Lesnar as well as challenged Owens for WWE Universal Title at Fastlane for which Jericho gave his affirmation on behalf of KO who stood amazed .
RESULT : Goldberg accepted the wrestlemania challenge and set up match against Kevin Owens at Fastlane for the title .
6. CESARO and SHEAMUS vs LUKE GALLOWS and CARL ANDERSON for tag team titles .
Enzo and Big Cass were sitting ring side who intended to challenge the winner for tag team title . The match started with Sheamus and Carl Anderson in the ring and match was expected to be great but failed to satisfy the expectations of the fans . We saw the upper cuts from Cesaro , spine buster by Carl Anderson , 10 beats to anderson by Sheamus but Gallows gave a kick to Enzo which made Big Cass to hit Gallows with big boot which resulted in a disqualification and Carl Anderson and Luke Gallows walked out as Raw Tag Team champions .
RESULT : Luke Gallows and Carl ANDERSON WALKED out as Tag team champions via disqualification .
7. Update on Seth Rollins injury.
8. THE NEW DAY vs THE SHINNING STARS .
The longest reining and the most entertaining Tag Team in the history of WWE took control of match completely . The match ended with Big E and Xavier Woods giving Midnight Hour to Epico and won by pinfall .
RESULT : The New Day won by pinfall .
9. RICKY MORTON and ROBERT GIBSON became latest inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame of class of 2017 .
10 . SAMI ZAYN vs CHRIS JERICHO for WWE US championship .
After Sami Zayn pinned Jericho last week at Raw , he got a chance to get his hands on United States championship . As expected the match was just excellent because Sami has been launched as babyface for a longtime and Chris Jericho has been working as a heel and both the wrestlers were getting the crowd involved in the match . The match saw Zayn improving as a wrestler as he once blocked code breaker . He also gave blow thunder bomb to get the win but in vain. KO was standing outside the ring and it was already known from the start that Ko was going to give an extra advatange to Jericho and the same happened as KO gave a superkick to Zayn followed by a codebreaker from Jericho .
RESULT : Chris Jericho defended his title by pinning Sami Zayn .
11. MAIN EVENT : ROMAN REIGNS vs SAMOE JOE .
The crowd was eagerly waiting for this match from the start of Monday night RAW . But the new born heel of WWE " SAMOE JOE " attacked Roman Reigns from behind even before the match started and inflicted enough damage to Roman Reigns to make him less than 100% for the match . The match started with Roman Reigns standing taking support from the turnbuckles . After taking some more beating , the big dog made a comeback with pushing him into the barricades . But Joe dominated the match with an upperhand due to his size and athletism . Roman Reigns finally the SUPERMAN PUNCH to Joe and was going to give spear to get to the victory but was interfered by Braun Strowman which gave Joe time to recover and gave a suplex to Reigns getting his maiden victory on the main roster . After the match , Strowman destroyed Reigns by giving a running powerslam and concluded Raw .
RESULT : Samoe Joe defeated Reigns by pinfall .
